摘要
在国家倡导全民阅读、构建书香社会的大背景下,阅读推广活动要实现常态化、专业化,就需要培养专业的阅读推广人队伍。通过构建由不同角色组成的阅读推广人团队取长补短,优势互补,发挥团队合力来进行阅读推广,对实现阅读推广活动的规范化、专业化与可持续发展具有重要的意义。
Under the background of the national advocacy of nationwide reading and building scholarly society, reading promotion activities need to cultivate professional reading promotion team in order to realize normalization and specialization of reading promotion. By constructing reading promotion team composed of different roles to complement each other,complementary advantages, to play a team together to do the reading promotion. It has important significance to realize the standardization, specialization and the sustainable development of the reading promotion activities.
