Under the background of the national advocacy of nationwide reading and building scholarly society, reading promotion activities need to cultivate professional reading promotion team in order to realize normalization and specialization of reading promotion. By constructing reading promotion team composed of different roles to complement each other,complementary advantages, to play a team together to do the reading promotion.
