摘要
为了在贸易全球化和信息资源获取中获得可持续竞争优势,众多企业已经意识到需要不断挖掘留存在企业员工思维、经验及实践中的隐性知识,对于隐性知识共享意愿影响因素的研究至关重要。以心理距离为视角,详细阐述了影响员工隐性知识共享意愿的因素,意在为动态联盟中的企业隐性知识共享做出贡献。
In order to gain the sustainable competitive advantage in trade globalization and information resources acquisition, many enterprises have realized that they need to excavate the tacit knowledge in the thinking, experience and practice of employees. And the study on the influencing factors of the tacit knowledge sharing will be of great importance. rhis paper elaborates the factors influencing employees' tacit knowledge sharing intention from the angle of psychological distance, being intended to contribute to the enterprises' tacit knowledge sharing in dynamic alliance.
