摘要 随着我国对NOx排放标准的不断提高,单纯依靠燃烧过程控制已不能满足国家标准要求,因此国家也相应出台了一系列控制燃煤电厂NOx排放的法律、法规和政策,促使我国加快燃煤电厂烟气脱硝装置的建设。SCR脱硝技术具有脱硝效率高、运行可靠等优点,已得到了广泛应用。文中主要介绍燃煤电厂SCR脱硝反应器入口导流板对SCR脱硝反应器流场的优化作用及入口导流板设计优化分析,对SCR脱硝反应器入口导流板的设计原则及优化分析等进行了一定的阐述。 With the constants improvement of NOx emission standards in our country, relying on the combustion process control can not meet the national standard requirements, Therefore, a series of laws, regulations and policies are put in place to control NOx emissions from coal- fired power plants, encourage China to speed up the construction of flue gas denitration device in coal - fired power plant. SCR denitration technology has the advantages of high denitration efficiency and reliable operation, and has been widely used. The article here mainly introduces the coal -fired power plant SCR denitration reactor inlet guide threatening the SCR denitration reactor of the flow field is optimized and the entrance flow deflector design optimization analysis, the SCR denitration reactor inlet flow deflector design principle and optimization analysis was described.
