摘要
传统电站锅炉在工作启动和低负荷运行过程中需要耗费大量的燃料油,造成资源的浪费,燃油系统本身也存在较大的风险,给企业带来一定的安全隐患。因此,企业为保证切实利益和运营安全,应合理降低燃油消耗,采用无油、少油的点火技术,从而降低企业的运营成本,达到企业效益最大化。同时,采用低碳燃烧技术能够有效降低氮氧化物的排放,减少对环境造成的污染,从而使电厂能够持续发展,得到一定的社会效益。微油点火作为煤粉锅炉节约能源的关键手段,需要对设备进行一定的改造,从而实现节约能耗低碳燃烧,提高企业的经济效益。文中针对大型电站煤粉锅炉微油点火低氮燃烧技术改造,分析了改造方案相关的理论和因素,从而为相关电厂技术改造提供一定的参考。
Traditional utility boilers consume a large amount of fuel oil during start - up and low - load operation, resulting in the waste of resources. The fuel system itself also has greater risks and poses a potential safety hazard for the enterprise. Therefore, in order to ensure tangible benefits and operational safety, enterprises should reduce fuel consumption reasonably and adopt oil- free and oil - less ignition technologies to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and maximize the efficiency of enterprises. At the same time, using low -carbon combustion technology can effectively reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and reduce pollution caused to the environment, so that the power plant can continue to develop and obtain certain social benefits. Micro - oil ignition as a key tool for coal - fired boiler energy conservation, the need for some transformation of the equipment, so as to achieve low - carbon energy - saving combustion and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, the low - nitrogen combustion technology of micro - oil ignition pulverized coal fired boilers in large power stations is retrofitted. The theories and factors related to the revamping programs are analyzed, so as to provide reference for the technological transformation of relevant power plants.
