摘要
以某型汽车纵梁数控平板冲孔机焊接床身为研究对象。首先,利用三维建模软件建立了焊接床身的三维几何模型,并将其导入有限元分析软件中,建立了焊接床身的有限元模型;然后,对其进行静力学分析,得到了焊接床身的变形图及等效应力云图,分析结果表明,该焊接床身的刚度和强度均满足设计要求;最后,对其进行模态分析,得到了焊接床身的前5阶固有频率及振型,并与外界激振频率相比较,结果表明,该焊接床身不会产生共振,结构合理,动态性能满足要求,并且为今后此类焊接床身的设计及改进提供了理论性依据。
The welded bed of the CNC punching line for plate beam of truck has been taken as all exam-- pie in the text. Firstly, tile three-dimensional geometric model of the wehted bed has heen created hy use of the three-dimensional modeling software and imported into the finite element analysis software. The finite element model of the welded bed has been established. Then, the static analysis of the welded bed has been carried out, of which the deformation map and the equivalent stress cloud map have been obtained. The analysis results show that the still'hess aml the strength of the welded bed meet the design require- ments. Finally, the modal analysis has been conducted to the welded hed, aml the first five order natural frequencies as well as the related mode shapes of the welded bed have heen obtained by comparing with the external excitation frequency. The comparison results show that the welded bed doesn't produce reso- nance in its working condition while the dynamic performance of the welded bed can meet the desig,, re- quirements with reasonable structure. These numerical results provide a theoretical basis for the future design and improvement of this kind of wehted bed.
