摘要
本文通过对现有数控转塔冲床进给系统的频率响应分析,找出了冲床横梁振幅最大的频率点。并针对该频率点处的振型计算出动力吸振器的各项参数,建立了带有动力吸振器的进给系统模型。对改进的进给系统模型进行频率响应分析,证明了该动力吸振器具有良好的减振效果。
By analysis of the feeding system frequency response for the CNC turret punch press, the fre- quency point of maximum amplitude has been found out. All parameters of dynamic vibration absorber have been calculated for the vibration modes at the frequency point, and the feeding system model with dynamic vibration absorber has been established. The frequency response has been analyzed to the improved feeding system. It is proved that the dynamic vibration absorber has good damping effect.
