轮毂制坯液压机滑块设计

摘要 以专用于铝合金轮毂生产线的8MN制坯液压机为对象,应用理论计算与有限元计算相结合的方法对其滑块进行了设计及改进,通过材料合理布局,既保证滑块应力分布均匀,应力最大值满足强度设计要求,具有较高的安全系数,又利于滑块内置冲孔油缸连接油管的安装和维护,为同类液压机产品设计提供了参考。 The 8MN billet hydraulic press specially designed for the aluminum alloy wheel huh prodtnqion line has been taken as the research object in the text. The design and improvement of the slider have been carried out by the combination of theoretical calculation and finite element calculation. The rational distribu- tion of the material not only ensures the stress distribution of the slider is uniform, of which the maximum value meets the strength design requirement with higher safety coefficient, but also is conducive to Ihe ill-- stallation and maintenance of the huih-in oil tank connecting tube for the slider, which provides reference for design of similar hydraulic press product.
