摘要 单个自动加工单元由一台六轴关节式机器人和一台高速泵控伺服油压机组成,将多个自动加工单元围绕自动旋转圆盘式工作台布置,便可实现零件的多工序自动加工。这种环绕布置方法,改变了常规自动化生产线的直线式排布,对空间的利用有很大的改观。采用的触摸屏带有外接以太网接口,通过与Internet连接可实现对自动加工单元运行状态的远程诊断,可实现迅速故障排查,提升生产效率。结合安全防护系统的软硬件措施,有效的保障了人员和设备的安全。 A single automatic processing unit has been composed by a robot with six axis joints and a high speed servo pump control hydraulic' press. Multiple automatic processing units have been arranged around the automatic rotating disc type workbench, which can realize automatic, multiprocessing of the parts. The surrounding layout method, which changes the conventional linear arrangement of automatic production line, has a great change to the space use. The touch screen with an external Ethernet interface has been adopted to connect the Internet to realize remote diagnosis of the running status for the automatic processing unit. Thus in this way, the troubleshooting can be eliminated quickly and the production efficiency can be im- proved. The safety of people and equipment has been effectively protected by combining with software and hardware measures of safety protection system.
