Relevant Standards of Electronic Records Management in China

我国当前与电子档案管理相关的标准有63项。从内容上看,主要有综合性标准、元数据标准、电子文件管理系统标准、保存标准等。其中相关性标准多,针对性标准亟待增加;内容覆盖面广,核心标准尚待出台;系统性有所加强,协调性有待提高;标准出台数量多,推广应用亟待加强。未来标准建设发展要实现标准制定协同化,完善标准体系,与国际标准发展形成良性互动,加强宣贯促进应用,增强标准维护力度。

China currently has 63 standards related to electronic records management. In terms of content, there are mainly comprehensive standard, metadata standard, electronic document management system standard, preservation standard, etc. Among them, there are many related standards while targeted standards are urgently needed to be increased. The coverage of the content is wide while the core standards are yet to be promulgated. Systematicity has been improved while coordination needs to be enhanced. The number of standards is large while the promotion and application of standards should be enhanced urgently. In the future standard construction, coordination should be achieved in standard setting, standard system perfected, a positive interaction with the development of international standards formed, publicity and implementation strengthened to promote the application, and standard maintenance efforts enhanced.
