Study on the Service of Digital Archives in Universities Based on the Demand of Information Users

高校数字档案馆的建设发展常以档案信息用户的需求为导向,信息用户的需求决定着信息利用与否,信息用户需求的大小决定着信息利用程度。文章依托高校数字档案馆档案信息用户的需求进行必要性分析,阐述了用户需求的特点,提出了个性化服务、知识服务、主动服务、云服务的服务理念。

The construction and development of digital archives in colleges and universities are guided by the demand of archival information users. The demand of information users determines whether information is used or not. The quantity of information users＇ demand determines the degree of information utilization. Through analyzing the necessity of user demand for archives information in university digital archives, the article expounds the characteristics of user requirements and puts forward the service idea of personalized service, knowledge service, active service and cloud service.
