摘要
档案数字化对于很多企业来说是一个新课题。档案数字化是档案信息化建设与管理的大势所趋和必然要求。太原供水集团用两年多的时间初步完成了档案数字化,积累了一些经验,包括数字化前期准备工作、软硬件条件、档案加工整理和档案数据库的建立等等,旨在维护档案安全,优化管理手段,也可将此作为具体做法,与业内同行互通有无、互为借鉴。
Archives digitization is a new topic for many enterprises. The digitization of archives is the trend and inevitable requirement of archival information construction and management. Taiyuan Water Supply Group spends more than two years initially completing the archives digitization and accumulating some limited experience, including digital preparatory work, software and hardware conditions, archives processing, the establishment of file database and so on. It aims to maintain security of archives, optimize management means, and it can also be used as a concrete way to exchange and learn from each other.
