在新媒体环境下,档案信息的移动化服务已成为我国档案信息服务的新趋势。我国庞大的手机用户群体、移动终端的智能化与网络化、档案信息化建设取得的成果等,这些都为我国开展档案信息移动化服务奠定了基础。同时因为目前我国档案信息移动化服务还处于萌芽状态,相关技术尚不完善,制度法规还处于缺位状态,档案信息内容的安全还缺乏保障等,使得我国档案信息开展移动化服务存在着诸多问题。
