摘要
近代慈善公益事业与慈善理念紧密相连,蕴涵顾恤同类的善心理念,在着手特殊人群之时,更着眼于公共利益,图谋整个社会的发展,形形色色的慈善公益活动,均体现出为全体社会成员谋利益的时代特征。
Modem philanthropy and the charity concept are closely linked. It not only pays attention to special population but also focuses more on the public interest and the development of the whole society. All kinds of charitable activities reflect the characteristics of the time, namely, for the benefit of all members of the society.
