摘要
维修成本作为通用教练机全寿命周期成本的关键组成,在航校选型方面发挥着重要的参考价值。现有文献对飞机维修成本进行研究时通常侧重于计划维修成本,未考虑非计划维修成本相关因素的影响。鉴于此,基于维修工时费和航材费的计算分析,通过引入工作效率因子和飞机衰退因子构建了通用教练机非计划维修成本模型,采用SPSS软件对随机变量分布进行非参数假设检验,利用蒙特卡罗法导出了非计划维修成本的近似期望值。某航校的两款教练机非计划维修的实例验证了所建模型的有效性和可行性。实验结果表明,工作效率因子和飞机衰退因子显著修正了仿真结果,同时表明所建模型具有深远的工程应用价值。
Maintenance cost, as the key component of the life cycle cost of general aviation trainer, plays an im- portant reference value in the selection of aviation school. Existing literature on aircraft maintenance costs are usually focused on planned maintenance costs, and the impact of unscheduled maintenance costs related factors is not taken into account. In view of this, based on the analysis of the maintenance cost and material cost, the unscheduled main- tenance cost model of the general trainer was constructed by introducing the work efficiency factor and the airplane decay factor. The SPSS software was used to test the random variable distribution, Monte Carlo method leads to an approximate expectation of unplanned maintenance costs. The validity and feasibility of the proposed model were veri- fied by an example of unscheduled maintenance of two trainer aircraft. The experimental results show that the work efficiency factor and the aircraft decay factor can significantly improve the simulation results, and the proposed model has far - reaching engineering application value.
