In order to choose the focus of promoting agricultural supply-side structural reform scientifically,it is necessary to face the evolution of principal contradiction in society and the major contradiction faced by agricultural development,strive to enhance the agricultural capacity of innovation,competitiveness and sustainable development. We should focus on strengthening the building of a food security guarantee mechanism,building a modern agricultural industry system,a production system and a management system,deepening key areas for agriculture and key link reforms.
