摘要
在我国高等教育评估体系中,高校自我评估制度的政策发展和活动实践相对落后于政府评估或第三方评估制度。厘清高校自我评估制度的逻辑缘起和当前我国高校自评制度存在的主要问题,有助于理解我国高校自评制度的价值指向和根本要求,进一步彰显制度的应然逻辑和实然发展方向,从实际出发完善我国高校自我评估制度的对策思路,从而促进我国高等教育内部质量保障体系的建设。
In China's higher education evaluation system,the policy development and practical activities of the self-evaluation system has been lagging behind the government evaluation system and the third party evaluation system.The analysis of the origin and existing problems of universities' self-evaluation system is helpful to understand its value orientation and fundamental requirement,and further highlights its logic deduction and practical development direction.This paper brings forward countermeasures to improve the self-evaluation system in China's universities,which aims to further improve a quality assurance system of higher education in China.
