培养采矿工程专业“双创型”人才的高校班主任工作探讨

Discussion of College Class Supervisor Work in Cultivating “Innovative and Entrepreneurial” Talents in Mining Engineering

基于国家大众创业,万众创新的战略目标,结合多年来高校班主任的管理实践,探讨采矿工程专业"双创型"人才培养的班主任工作计划,提出将创新创业思想融入大学生人才培养方案,并贯穿于教育管理全过程的思想;建立并完善推动创新创业思维向实践成果转变的"四大工作抓手";明确班主任在"双创型"人才培养中参与者和指导者的角色定位。通过以上多措并举,不懈落实,最终达到培养采矿工程专业"双创型"人才的教育目标。

Based on the strategic targets of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in China,combining with management practices of college class supervisor in these years,this paper discusses the work plan of class supervisor in cultivating mining＂innovative and entrepreneurial＂talents.It proposes the following measures to achieve the educational objectives of cultivating mining＂innovative and entrepreneurial＂talents：1）integrate the thought of innovation and entrepreneurship into the concept of college students＇ talent cultivation during the whole process of educational administration;2）establish and perfect the＂four working mechanisms＂to promote the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship idea to practice;and,3）define the class supervisor as the participant and instructor in cultivating＂innovative and entrepreneurial＂talents.
