发展行业高校图书馆联盟的思考——以煤炭高校图书馆联盟为例

Thinking of the Construction in the Development of Library Consortia of Industry University:Taking the Case of Coal Mining Colleges and Universities Library Consortium

基于煤炭高校图书馆联盟的概况及网站建设情况,从资源整合、文献传递、信息交流和人员培训四个角度归纳了煤炭高校图书馆联盟取得的成效,进而分析其取得成效的原因在于成员馆之间的融洽配合、有效力的管理机制、连续而稳定的资金来源和完善的技术及服务。以煤炭高校图书馆联盟为例,针对行业高校图书馆联盟建设和发展中所存在的横向和纵向扩展、数据监管和资源建设、联盟的长效发展机制等问题提出了解决思路和对策。

This paper firstly introduces the general situation and website construction of coal mining colleges and universities library consortia.Secondly,it examines the achievements of coal mining colleges and universities library consortium summarized from the aspects of resource integration,document delivery,exchange of information and personnel training.And then,the authors analyze the reasons for the achievements,which lie in the harmonious cooperation between member libraries,an effective management mechanism,a continuous and stable source of funds,and high-quality technology and services.Taking the case of coal mining colleges and universities library consortia,the paper puts forward a solution to existing problems in horizontal and vertical expansion,data supervision and resources construction,and a long-term consortia development mechanism.
