教授治学与二级学院治理的共生关系探析

作为现代大学制度建设的重要内容,教授治学与二级学院治理之间有着密切联系。教授治学通过彰显教授主体地位、发挥学术权力实际作用,推动二级学院科学、民主治理及治理目标实现,达成二级学院善治;二级学院治理则通过促进教授身份认同,建立健全相关的组织制度及营造和谐民主的治学环境,从而构建有利于教授治学的良好学术文化氛围,并在此基础上采取多种措施推进并形成教授治学与二级学院治理之间的和谐共生关系。

As an important content of the construction of modern university system,there is a close relationship between professors＇ academic governance and secondary school governance.Through the highlights of professors＇ dominant role and the role of academic power,professors＇ academic governance promotes the scientific and democratic governance of the secondary schools,and the realization of administration goal,and reaches the good governance of secondary schools.Secondary school administration has a significant impact on professors＇ academic governance by stimulating the identity shift of professors,establishing and perfecting related organizations and systems,creating a harmonious and democratic learning environment,and building good academic culture.Through the analysis of professor＇s academic governance and secondary school administration,this paper aims to reach the symbiosis relationship.
