德国工科大学应用型人才培养的经验与启示——以柏林工业大学为例

The Experience and Enlightenment of the Training of Applied Talents in German Engineering Universities:Taking Technical University of Berlin as an Example

德国工科大学通过培养应用型人才满足了国家对高级技术人员和应用型研究的需求,并不断创新人才培养模式,提升了学校地位,促进了德国工业化的发展。作为第一所"技术大学"的柏林工业大学,以培养有素养的工程师为大学使命,构建灵活创新的课程体系,强调基础研究与应用研究相结合,给予前瞻性的就业指导,发展雄厚的师资力量并积极加强与政府、企业与国外高校的合作关系等,形成了享誉全球的办学特色。我国现阶段应用型高校的人才培养仍然存在许多不足,通过借鉴柏林工业大学的经验,能够促进我国地方高校转型发展和应用型人才培养。

By the cultivation of applied talents,German Engineering Universities meet the needs of the state for senior technical personnel and application-oriented research,and continuously innovates the personnel training mode to enhance the status of universities and promote the development of German industrialization.As the first＂technical university＂,Technical University of Berlin considers the cultivation of qualified engineers as her mission,builds a flexible and innovative curriculum system,emphasizes the combination of fundamental and applied research,provides prospective employment guidance,and develops abundant teaching resources.It also actively strengthens cooperation with government,enterprises and foreign universities,and forms world-renowned school-running characteristics.There are still many shortcomings in the talents cultivation in applied universities in China.By drawing lessons from the experience of Technical University of Berlin,the transformation and development of local colleges and universities and the cultivation of applied talents can be achieved.
