On the Cultivation Program of Audit Professional Talent with Engineering Characteristics

依托工科院校的办学特色,在审计学专业人才培养方案中引入工程元素,根据审计人才市场细分的需求,着重培养工程审计领域的专业化人才。通过结合南昌工程学院"2+N+1"的人才培养模式,研究设计基于工科背景的审计学本科专业人才培养方案,并从课程体系、实践教学和职业道德观等方面提出优化措施,从而有效提高学生的综合素质和实践动手能力。

Relying on the characteristics of engineering colleges and the market segmentation needs of audit personnel,engineering elements is introduced in the cultivation program of audit professional talent.Also the cultivation of professional talents in the field of engineering audit is given more attention.The paper employs the＂2＋N＋1＂talent training mode in Nanchang Institute of Technology as an example,designs the cultivation program of audit professional talent with engineering characteristics,and puts forward optimization measures on the curriculum system,practice teaching and occupation morality,so as to improve students＇ practical ability and comprehensive quality effectively.
