摘要
通过对两个典型高层综合病房楼工程的竖向交通设计案例的比较分析,总结出一般的设计原则和具体措施。阐明了此类型建筑中竖向交通设计由单纯竖向交通核心组合到竖向交通核心空间化与机械物流系统及信息智能化系统集成的复合网络化演化的方向,揭示出依靠医疗体制的优化、医疗资源的合理分配、创新技术的充分应用、医疗建筑的科学合理规划建设等一系列社会综合治理措施的共同作用,才能有效地解决高层综合病房楼的竖向交通系统的诸多问题。
The paper makes a comparative analysis of the vertical transportation engineering design of two typical high-rise comprehensive ward buildings,and sums up the general design principles and concrete measures. It illustrates that vertical traffic design of this type of buildings has been evolving from core combination of pure vertical traffic to complex network integration of traffic core spatialization and mechanical logistics system and information intelligent system. And it reveals that a series of measures for the comprehensive management of social interactions are required in order to effectively solve the problems of vertical transportation system of the high-rise comprehensive ward buildings. These measures include the medical system optimization,the rational allocation of medical resources,the full application of innovative technology,the reasonable and scientific planning and construction of medical buildings,and so on.
