挂篮拆除方案对斜拉桥成桥线形控制分析

摘要 斜拉桥是基于确定的施工方案进行仿真分析后,从而进行施工过程中的线形控制。在悬臂施工合龙阶段,挂篮拆除时间点的不同会对成桥线形的控制产生误差。基于某工程实例,建立有限元模型,针对挂篮拆除时间点的不同进行施工过程仿真模拟,运用倒拆法对前端梁块的标高进行对比,修正施工过程中的控制值以保证成桥线形。 Cable-stayed bridge is based on the simulation of the construction plan so as to carry out the linear control of construction process. During the cantilever construction,the different time of dismantle hanging basket will cause an error in the linear control of the bridge. Based on an engineering project,a finite element model is established to simulate the construction process in different time-points of the dismantle the hanging basket,use the modified inverted method to compare the elevation of the front beam block,modify the control value of the construction process to ensure that the bridge line.
