摘要
为解决现实中施工降尘措施形同虚设的问题,提出了施工扬尘自动控制的思路,在研究过程中发现在施工扬尘自动控制硬件设施已经得到市场化的背景下,如何设定相关的控制参数是施工扬尘自动控制系统的重要工作。为此,2016年3月~12月对广州和佛山地区11个房建施工项目的 TSP和PM2.5进行监测,并结合相关规范要求对相关的参数设置问题进行了初步的研究。据此得出珠三角地区房建施工扬尘自动控制系统相关参数设定的建议:道路扬尘应作为施工扬尘控制的重点,监测位置应设在施工场界四周的隔档或围墙上,监测指标应为TSP和PM2.5,施工扬尘贡献值(实际监测值与背景值的差值)作为自动控制阈值指标(即△TSP和△PM2.5),喷雾降尘措施自动控制阈值上限值为100m g m^3(△PM2.5)和250m g m^3(△TSP)、下限值为80m g m^3(△PM2.5)和200m g m^3(△TSP)。
In order to solve the problem of the construction of dust control measures in practice,the paper puts forward the idea of automatic control of construction dust. During the research process,it is found that in the background of the construction of dust control automatic control hardware equipment. The key work of the construction Dust and automatic control system is how to set the relevant control parameters.To this end,from March to December in 2016,the TSP and PM2.5 of 11 housing construction projects in Guangzhou and Foshan were monitored. Road dust should be the focus of construction dust control,monitoring location should be located the barrier or wall around the construction,TSP and PM2.5 should be indicated on monitor,construction dust contribution value(the difference between the actual monitoring value and background value)is used as the automatic control threshold index(i.e.△TSP and △PM2.5),the upper limit of the automatic control threshold for spray and dust removal measures is 100 m g m^3(△PM2.5)and 250 m g m^3(△TSP),the lower limit is80 m g m^3(△PM2.5) and 200 m g m^3(△TSP).
