摘要
珠海某校区体育馆项目屋盖钢结构跨度大、单榀重量重,下弦预应力钢索跨度达66m,对张拉力、钢索下料长度、张拉变形要求高且施工难度大。该工程借助BIM技术进行钢结构吊装、预应力张拉等复杂工艺的仿真模拟,能更好地指导施工,大大提高了施工效率,节约了时间与成本。
The steel roof structure of a campus gymnasium in Zhuhai has the characteristics of large span,heavy single frame weight,prestress cable bottom chord span of 66 metres. It has hight requirements and difficult construction of the tensile force,blanking length,tensile deformation. With the help of BIM technology,the simulation of the complex process of steel structure hoisting and prestress tensioning can better guide the construction,greatly improve the construction efficiency,save time and cost.
