摘要
为解决王家岭矿采动影响煤巷顶板离层错动支护难题,现场钻孔窥视分析典型煤巷顶板离层错动破坏情况,建立了顶板煤岩层离层错动的力学模型,给出了产生离层错动的力学判据;提出了高预应力锚索桁架结构,阐述了锚索桁架的双向控制机理,并针对王家岭矿采动煤巷设计出合理的顶板双向控制方案,现场工业性试验取得了较好效果。
In order to solve the support problem in Wangjialing mining coal roadway caused by roof separation and dislocation, analyzed the collapse state of roof separation and dislocation by field borehole peering, established the mechanical model of roof separation and dislocation to get the mechanical criteria. Put forward the high prestressed anchor-truss cable structure, and elaborated its bi-directional control mechanism. Designed reasonable roof bi-directional control scheme for the mining coal roadway, and the field industrial test had achieved good effect.
