摘要 针对较硬顶板下短综放工作面在初采阶段顶煤和顶板难以自行垮落造成的采空区悬顶面积大、漏风严重,以及突然大面积垮落带来的冲击力对支架和人员造成危害和初采期顶煤回收困难等问题,提出深孔爆破预裂弱化短综放面顶板的技术方案。通过对比实施爆破预裂的3302工作面和未爆破预裂的3301工作面顶板矿压监测数据,分析了深孔预裂爆破对3302短综放面初采期顶煤与顶板垮落和煤炭回收率的影响。 Aiming at the large area of goal and hanging roof, serious air leakage, harm to support and personnel caused by great strike from sudden large area cave to working face, which caused by the difficulty of top coal and roof caving during the initial mining period of fully mechanized top coal caving face, proposed the design and field test of weakening roof at 3302 short fully mechanized caving face of Baisheng coal mine with the method of deep-hole pre-splitting blasting. By comparing the numerical analysis of the roof caving step and mine pressure observation of the pre-splitting blasting and pre-blasting face, the influence of the deep hole pre-splitting blasting method on the recovery of the 3302 short fully mechanized caving face in the coal mine is studied.
