摘要
为了研究深井马头门巷道围岩稳定性和耦合支护,以冀中能源峰峰矿业集团九龙矿磁西一号井副井马头门为依托,利用Midas软件建立了马头门模型,并且模拟了开挖与支护过程,通过比较4种不同的支护模型,对拱顶位移、底板位移、帮部收敛量、井筒位移量的分析,寻找最佳的支护方案。结果表明,采用锚杆、锚索、喷射混凝土加挂网喷浆既能节约施工成本,又可以调动深部围岩稳定区的承载力,实现岩体的整体稳定。
In order to study the stability of the surrounding rock and the coupling support of the shaft inset, based on the shaft inset of Cixi No. 1 pit of Jizhong Fengfeng mine group, using Midas software to build shaft inset model and simulate the process of the excavation and supporting. By comparing four different supporting model, can analysis displacement of the arch, floor displacement and side displacement of the shaft to look for the best supporting scheme. The results show that the anchor bolt, anchor and shotcrete with net guniting can not only save the construction cost, but also utilize the bearing capacity of deep surrounding rock and realize the stability of rock.
