自然风压对矿井通风系统的影响分析及防治 被引量:14

摘要 针对鄂尔多斯气候特点及唐家会矿基建时期主要通风机低负压运转现状的研究,分析了不同时期自然风压变化及其对矿井通风系统的影响。结果表明,自然风压大小主要受进、回风井筒温差影响,温差大自然风压就大,反之亦然;自然风压对通风系统的影响表现为井筒间空气柱的相互作用,与自然风压方向相同的风流路线风量增大、相反的风流路线则风量减小;适当提高主要通风机负压,并将主、副井温差控制在5℃以上时,能保证通风系统稳定。 According to the study of the climate characteristics in Ordos and the present situation which is low negative pressure of the major ventilators in Tangjiahui mine when it start constructing, analyzing the influence of the natural wind pressure in different periods to the mine ventilation. From the result find that natural wind pressure is mainly affected by the temperature difference between inlet and outlet wellbores,the natural wind pressure is large when the temperature difference is large and vice versa, the effect of natural wind pressure on the ventilation system is the interaction of the air column between the wellbores, the air volume rises with the identical natural wind direction while the air volume decreases with the converse natural wind direction. Increasing the low negative pressure of the major ventilators and controlling the temperature difference of the main and auxiliary well above 5 ~C can guarantee the ventilators working stably.
