摘要 为了解决煤矿井下局部场所的高温问题,改善工人劳动环境,设计了一种可自动控制的移动降温室,并简单介绍了降温室的材料和结构,确定了移动降温室的冷源,即涡流管压缩制冷技术。对降温室的需冷量进行了计算,通过对降温室温度分布规律的实验,得出运用涡流管空气压缩制冷装置降温室平均温度下降5℃~6℃,能有效提高井下工人的工作效率,对工程实践有一定的指导价值。 In order to solve the problem of high temperature of local places in coal mine and to improve the working environment of the workers,an automatic control portable cooling room was designed and its material and structure were determined, the cold source of cooling room is the vortex tube compression refrigeration technology. The chilling requirement of mobile cooling room were calculated,and through the cooling room temperature distribution experiment, it is proved that the average temperature of the cooling room decreased 5℃~6 ℃through using the vortex tube air compression refrigeration device,the automatic control portable cooling room can effectively improve the working efficiency of mine workers, and it has a certain guiding significance for engineering practice.
