摘要
在对煤矿安全事故进行统计与充分分析之后,从煤矿事故分析模型中总结出影响煤矿安全的主要因素是煤矿地下作业者、煤矿机械、工作环境与煤矿安全管理水平,以此4个因素作为煤矿安全的指标,利用模糊数学理论建立了煤矿安全预警与管理系统,有效增强了煤矿安全的管理水平,降低了煤矿事故发生的风险。煤矿安全预警与管理系统利用现代管理思想对煤矿安全进行监测、诊断以及预警,提供了一种全新的管理模式,将不安全因素在事故发生前及时排除。
After statistics and fully analysis of coal mine safety accidents, the main factors affecting the safety of coal mines are summarized as follows: coal mine operators underground, coal mine machinery, work environment and coal mine safety management level. These four factors was regarded as the indicators of coal mine safety to establish a coal mine safety warning and management system by using fuzzy mathematical theory, which effectively enhanced the management of coal mine safety system and reduced the risk of coal mine accidents. Modern management thinking was used in coal mine safety early warning and management system to monitor, diagnose and warn in advance. A new management model was used to rule out the insecurity in time before the accident.
