摘要
悬浮力影响永磁悬浮带式输送机的输送能力。利用有限单元法(FEM)对影响永磁体悬浮力的永磁体材质、形状、尺寸和排列方式等因素进行研究。结果表明:体积一定时,选用长方体钕铁硼永磁体进行不规则排列,并减小永磁体分块数目和磁体间间隙,悬浮支承装置所产生的悬浮力最大。
The handling capacity of permanent magnetic suspension belt conveyor is affected by suspension force. The finite element method (FEM) is used to studied the main factors of the suspension force, such as material, shape, size and arrangement. The results show that under certain conditions, the rectangular NdFeB permanent magnets are arranged irregularly, with the less number of blocks and the smaller gap, and the suspension force generated by the suspension support device can be increased.
