摘要
为了提升带式输送机输送物料流量测量的准确性,提出一种线光源辅助工业CCD相机的物料截面立体视觉测量方法;基于非接触视觉检测理论,通过研究瞬时截面面积的优化算法,利用同一测量面中上、下两视点的相机采集到的图像中激光线的轮廓特征,计算物料流的瞬时横截面积,实现输送带输送物料流量的测量。测试结果表明,测量准确率为96%以上。
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of material flow on the belt, proposes a stereo vision measuring method with industrial CCD cameras and ancillary line light sources for the instantaneous cross section of material flow. Based on the non-contact visual inspection theory, the images which contain the characteristics of the laser rays on the two sides of the belt are captured respectively from the two cameras at the same detection position. The instantaneous cross section of the material flow is calculated with an optimal algorithm, thereby the material flow measurement on the belt is realized. The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the proposed method is over 96%.
