摘要
在充分研究采煤机故障发生原因和采煤机监测系统存在的问题之后,利用新能源技术将导致采煤机故障的振动能量转化为稳定供电的电源,为采煤机监测系统提供能量,解决了监测系统因电池过多带来的体积过大和质量过大的问题,既有效降低了采煤机故障的发生概率,又提高了系统的稳定性。主要介绍了系统的硬件以及软件组成部分,并利用此系统进行了无线传输时距离与信号强度之间关系的实验,验证了系统的有效性。
After fully study of the factor causing shearer failure and the problems existing in the shearer monitoring system, the new energy teehnology is used to convert the vibration energy which causes the failure of shearer into a stable power supply to provide energy for the shearer monitoring system, the problem that the volume and weight is too large of the system due to too much battery has been solved. Not only the probability of occurrence of shearer failure has been reduced, but also the stability of the system has been improved. The hardware and software components of the system has been introduced. The experiment about distance and signal strength during the wireless transmission has verified the effeetiveness of the system.
