带式输送机平面转弯处压力分布研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了改善输送带受力状况,对带式输送机转弯处输送带的压力分布规律进行研究。从散状物料与输送带的相互作用入手,推导出了内抬高角变化下的转弯段物料重力分布系数,建立了平面转弯处输送带压力分布的数学模型,并利用离散元软件EDEM建立模型进行仿真验证。结果表明转弯处输送带压力分布模型计算结果与离散元仿真结果相一致。 In order to improve the force condition of belt conveyor, the pressure distribution law of belt conveyor at the corner of belt conveyor is researched. Starting with the interaction between bulk materials and conveyor belts, the gravity distribution coefficient of the turning section under the angle of internal elevation is deduced, and the mathematical model of the pressure distribution in the belt at the plane corner is established. Results show that the pressure distribution model of the belt at the turn is consistent with the simulation results of the discrete element.
