摘要
在全球再工业化的浪潮下,网络-实体系统(Cyber-Physical System,CPS)成为各国实现制造业升级的关键。本文以服务主导逻辑为理论基础,构建融合技术、能力和应用为一体的CPS架构,分析中国、德国和美国的制造业政策与报告,对比三个国家信息化与工业化融合战略布局的异同。研究发现,制造业正在向以用户为中心的制造服务化进行转变。在CPS能力体系的构建中,中国注重强化工业基础实力,德国强调制造业高度集成,美国侧重社会力量助力制造创新。
In the global reindustrialization, Cyber-Physical System (CPS)becomes a key to achieving manufacturing upgrading. This study based on the Service-Dominant (S-D) Logic builds a unified CPS framework from the aspects of technology, capability and application. This paper also analyzes Chinese, German and American related policies and reports to compare the similarities and differences of three countries. Our research finds the global manufacturing is becoming user-centered. In the construction of CPS capability system, China pays great attention to strengthen the industrial foundation, Germany emphasizes highly on manufacturing industry integration, and the United States attaches great importance to the social forces enabled manufacturing innovation.
