摘要
本文通过对民族出版编辑的问卷调查,分析了在现行管理体制和新媒体环境中民族出版编辑的工作满意度现状、总体满意度与各维度之间的关系,以及体现出的人口学特征。调查发现:民族出版编辑对内部人际关系满意度最高,对内部管理制度和薪酬分配满意度相对较低,民族出版社的内部管理制度与薪酬分配制度仍需改良。自我实现满意度和人际关系满意度对整体满意度影响显著,民族出版社应该注重搭建编辑自我实现的平台,营造良好的人际交往氛围。工作满意度的人口学特征是:工作满意度和年龄呈正相关关系,民族编辑年龄越大,工作满意度越高;工作满意度与劳动关系稳定性之间有正相关关系,事业编制满意度高于企业编制。
Based on the questionnaire of editors from nationalities publishing houses(N=326),this paper analyzes the relationship between work satisfaction,overall satisfaction and each dimension of these editors in the existing management system and in the new media environment,and their demographic characteristics.The survey found that these editors are on the highest interpersonal relationship satisfaction,while the internal management system and salary satisfaction is relatively low.Therefor,the internal management system and salary distribution system of nationalities publishing houses still need to be improved.Self fulfillment satisfaction and interpersonal satisfaction have a significant impact on overall satisfaction,so nationalities publishing houses should focus on building a platform for editors'self actualization,and creating a good atmosphere for interpersonal communication.The demographic characteristics of job satisfaction are that:the relationship between job satisfaction and age is positively related,the older the higher job satisfaction;there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and stability of labor relations,the more stable the higher job satisfaction.
