This paper studies the upgradingof Internet finance and Fujian marine industry. Finance is an important factor for the marine in dustrial optimization and upgrade. Fujian is a province with rich ocean resource. The development and upgrading of the marine economy are the important guarantee for the sustained and rapid development of Fujian＇s national economy. Internet finance as a new financial form can independently allocate resources through market, to improve the imbalance of supply, and effectively enhance the productivity. Internet finance forces the supply reform from consumption upgrading, which can promote the marine industry, and is a innovation financing channel for the marine industry.
