A Study on the Researches About khams-gter Education in the 1930s—— “The pioneer of khams-gter”as the Center

《康藏前锋》是20世纪30年代重要的藏学期刊,刊载了当时学人对于康藏地区教育研究的大量学术性文章,内容涉及康藏地区的教育现状、方针、政策以及师资教育、学校教育、宗教教育、社会教育等。学人们针砭时弊,结合康藏地区的环境,提出了许多具有建设性的理念,对国民政府整治康藏教育产生了重要影响。

＂The pioneer of khams-gter＂ is an important Tibetan journal in the 1930s. It records a large number of scholarly articles on the educational research in khams-gter area,which covers the current situation, principles, policies and teacher education, school education and religion education,social education and so on. The scholars,with careful studies on the ad-vantages and disadvantages, combining the environment in this region, proposed many constructive suggestions,which had a great influence on government＇s education strategy.
