The Student's Education Management and Growth Mode-Taking the College of Life Sciences as an Example

学生教育管理工作和成长成才模式在高校人才培养过程中起着巨大的作用,其重要性日益突出。本文通过对生命科学学院学生管理工作的总结,介绍了以职业生涯规划,学院——辅导员——党员三级管理新体系,建立家长——学院互动机制、心理关爱、健全经济资助等为手段的体系,希望对高校学生管理成长成才教育有所启发。

The student＇s education management and growth mode plays an important role in the process of personnel development in colleges and universities. This article summarizes the students＇ management work of the School of Life Sciences, introduces the new system of career management, by using three-level management method： college-counselor-party system to manage students. We also establish the parent-college interaction mechanism, to provide psychological care and financial support, hoping there would be inspires to help set up a complete management and growth system for the students of university.
