摘要
文章调研了成都站,分析了成都站旅客进出站流线,并提出了减少流线交叉干扰的方法;在进行售票大厅中售票窗优化时,利用了排队论模型,通过比较实际调研数据和利用排队论模型计算出的售票窗最少配置数,对成都站的售票窗口数量提出了改进方案;在进行候车大厅优化时,从减少候车时间的角度出发,找出旅客候车时间的影响因素,着重从进站系统方面进行优化,从而减少旅客候车时间。
This paper investigates the Chengdu railway station, analyzes the flow line of the passengers in and out of the station, and proposed the method to reduce the crossing interference. When making the ticket wicket optimization in the hall, we use the queuing theory model, by comparing the actual survey data and the use of queuing theory model to calculate the number of ticket windows at least configuration, puts forward improvement scheme on the number of the ticket windows. The optimization in the waiting hall, from the perspective of reducing waiting time, find out the influence factors of passengers' waiting time, emphatically from the aspects of the inbound system is optimized, thus reduce the passengers' waiting time.
