摘要
介绍了静电喷涂的工艺原理,结合现场实际情况,对静电喷涂在轨道车辆上应用的工艺方案进行了设计,分析了静电喷涂工艺的影响因素,并从构架、机车车体、城轨车体等方面对静电喷涂工艺参数进行了优化,最后对静电喷涂的应用效果进行了评估。
The principle of electrostatic spraying was introduced. The process plan of electrostatic spraying on rail vehicles was designed by combining with the actual situation on the scene. The influence factors of electrostatic spraying were analyzed, then we optimized the process parameters from frame, locomotive and transit vehicle. Finally, we evaluated the effectiveness of electrostatic spraying.
