摘要
以仿生学为基础,结合各类毛刷在多种行业中的应用情况,分析了适用于涂装车身清洁工艺的毛刷形式。定性分析了清洁过程的影响因素,为涂装工艺中自动化车身清洁设备的升级与推广提供了参考。
On the basis of bionics, combined with the application of various kinds of brush in various industries, the brush forms suitable for painting body cleaning process are analyzed. The influencing factors of cleaning process are qualitatively analyzed, which provides reference for the upgrading and promotion of automatic body cleaning equipment in coating process.
