习近平海洋战略思想主要是习近平总书记主政浙江时形成的,是在浙江山海协作、海洋强省建设等实践中逐步发展成熟的,是习总书记对海洋的认识论和方法论的集中体现,是对其领导浙江海洋事业发展经验的总结与提升。浙江省第十三次党代会以来,浙江继续以该战略思想为指导,不断推动海洋事业发展取得新成就,再上新台阶。浙江省海洋事业发展的新成就、新实践、新台阶充分证明:浙江海洋事业的深入发展发展仍需继续深入贯彻习近平海洋战略思想,做好与国家战略、陆海统筹、港产城、海洋生态、海洋科教等多层次、广领域的统筹协调,推动浙江海洋事业发展向更加均衡、更高层次跃升。

Xi Jinping＇s marine strategic thought was mainly formed when General Secretary Xi Jinping took power in Zhejiang and was gradually developed in the practice of Zhejiang＇s mountain and sea cooperation and the construction of strong maritime province. It is a concentrated expression of Xi＇s general epistemology and methodology on the ocean, also a summary of its leadership and promotion of Zhejiang marine development experience. Since the thirteenth Congress of Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang has continued to take the strategic thin king as its guide, and has continuously promoted the development of marine undertakings and made new achievements and reached a new stage. Zhejiang province marine development and the new achievements of new practice steps fully proves that the development of Zhejiang marine industry development still need to continue to implement the Xi Jinping marine strategic thinking, well coordinated with the national strategy, co-ordination of land and sea, Hong Kong City, marine ecology, marine science, multi-level, wide field, promote the development of marine industry in Zhejiang to a more balanced and higher level jump.
