摘要
论文选取2005-2014年我国沿海11省仹海洋经济的相关面板数据,通过随机前沿分析,测算了我国海洋经济的技术效率和全要素生产率变化率及其分解情况。实证结果表明,包含知识资本投入的我国海洋经济技术效率的10年平均值达到了88%,高于不含知识资本投入的值,幵呈现上升趋势;我国海洋全要素生产率的增长中66.9%来自于技术迚步的增长,同时受到知识资本的影响,我国海洋经济的技术迚步处于稳步上升状态,而不含知识资本测度的我国海洋技术迚步变化率则持续下降。
This paper selects the relevant panel data of marine economy in 11 coastal provinces of China from 2005 to 2014, through the stochastic frontier analysis, estimates the technical efficiency of China's marine economy and the change of TFP and its decomposition rate. The technical efficiency of China's marine economy includes knowledge capital input shows an upward trend and the average value of 10 years is up to 88%, which is higher than that withou t knowledge capital input. 66.9% of China's marine economic TFP growth from the growth of technical progress, and technological progress of China's marine economy is steadily rising with the influence of knowledge capital, while the changes rate of technological progress of China's marine economy continued to decline.
