摘要
本文通过预埋石英砂,制备了复合材料层压板分层缺陷。采用挖补修补法对分层缺陷试样进行了修补。使用雕刻机和手工打磨工具在试样缺陷区域打磨出45°和20°楔形角,在打磨后的区域铺放EA9696胶膜和预浸料补片,利用热补仪将铺放补片后的试样固化。对修补后的试样进行了无损检测、力学性能测试和微观结构分析。结果表明,修补后的试样拉伸和压缩强度恢复率均达87%以上,试样修补区的预浸料补片层间以及补片与试样之间界面结合良好。
In this paper, the delamination flaw samples of composite laminates were prepared by means of pre - buried quartz sand. Polished out wedge angle of 45 degrees and 20 degrees with engraving machine and hand tools. The EA9696 adhesive film and prepreg patch were laid in the repair area. The samples were heated to curing by the hot bonder. Me- chanical property, nondestructive testing and microstructure analysis of the repaired samples were carried out. The results showed that, tensile and compressive strength of repaired samples recovery rate was more than 87%. This is a good combi- nation between each layer and layer of the patch and between the sample and patch.
