摘要
碳纤维树脂基复合材料点阵结构是一种具有新型高效结构构型的材料,具有质量轻、承载能力高等特点,在航空航天领域有良好的应用前景。本文介绍了碳纤维树脂基点阵结构材料及其结构类型,重点综述了二维和三维点阵结构材料成型工艺,并分别说明了各工艺的优势和缺陷,并展望了未来的研究发展方向。
Lattice structure of carbon-fiber polymer-matrix composites is a new type of the most efficient structures with many advantages such as ultra-lightweight and high load bearing capacity, which own good application foreground in aeronautical and space engineering. In this paper, several new kinds of the materials are introduced, and then recent progress on manufacturing technologies and applications of 2D and 3 D lattice structural materialsof carbon-fiber polymer-matrix are summarized. Advantages and disadvantages of each process are presented. Finally, the development tendency of the advanced lattice structural materials is predicted.
