摘要
某星载天线结构须承受发射主动段的恶劣力学环境,要求轻质高强。本文在分析的基础上对天线框架进行结构和材料设计,拟采用高强碳纤维方管作为主承力结构,设计出满足要求的高强轻质碳纤维天线框架。
The structure of a satellite antenna must bear the bad mechanical environment of launching active section, requiring light and hight strength. On the basis of the analysis the structure and material design of the antenna frame are designed. The high strength carbon fiber square tube is used as the main load-boating structure and the high-strength light- weight carbon fiber antenna frame is designed.
