摘要
旋翼是直升机升力系统的关键动部件,其状态和质量决定着飞行安全。在实际使用过程中,会定期对翼尖蒙皮进行敲击检查,时有发现翼尖蒙皮存在脱粘现象,这种质量问题严重影响了飞行安全。针对这种问题,对发生脱粘现象的旋翼进行了统计清查和原因分析,研究制定蒙皮脱粘的修理方案,并通过试验进行了验证,给复合材料旋翼翼尖蒙皮脱粘修理提供参考方案。
Blade is the key component of helicopter lift system,whose status and quality determine flight safety. In actual use, when check the blade tip surface, have found blade tip surface existence debonding phenomenon, which seriously af- fects flight safety. In order to solve this problem, on the basis of the analysis of debonding phenomenon,we have researched a new blade surface debonding repair scheme, and verified by tests .
