白云岩石粉比表面积对水泥砂浆性能的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了白云岩机制砂石粉比表面积(150m^2/kg、350m^2/kg、550m^2/kg)对水泥-机制砂砂浆工作性、力学性能、耐久性和体积稳定性的影响,并与粉煤灰作对比。结果表明:比表面积对石粉活性影响较显著,而对其需水性的影响相对较小。随着石粉比表面积的提高,砂浆流动度、抗压强度、干缩轻微增大,抗氯离子渗透性小幅降低,石粉比表面积达到350m^2/kg时才会改善砂浆性能,但比表面积550m^2/kg石粉对砂浆性能的改善作用仍然不及Ⅱ级粉煤灰。 The research on the effects of stone dust with different specific surface area on the workability, mechanical properties, durability and volume stability of cement-manufactured sand mortar and its comparison with fly ash are carried out. The experimental results indicate that the specific surface area of stone powder is significantly relevant to its activity but has little influenee on the water demand. With the increase of the specific surface area of stone powder, the fluidity, compressive strength and dry shrinkage of the mortar slightly increase while its resistance to the chloride-ion penetration decrease to a small extent. When the specific surface area of stone powder was above 350m2/kg, the properties of mortar can be improved, but even when 550m2/kg, its improving effects on mortar are still inferior to that of fly ash.
